14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and UK consumer law, you have a 14-day period from the date you receive your package to change your mind and request a full refund. This right is unconditional and requires no explanation.
Eligibility for Refunds
Unopened Packages: Refunds are available for unopened packages in their original condition. The packaging must be intact and sealed.
Opened or Used Packages: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or partially used food supplements cannot be accepted for return or refund. Once opened, the product cannot be resold or redistributed.
Faulty Products: If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of whether it has been opened, provided the defect is reported within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund

Provide your order number, date of receipt, and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Standard Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning unopened packages. We recommend using tracked delivery to protect your shipment.
Faulty Items: If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs. You will not be charged for postage.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our refund criteria (unopened, original condition, all packaging intact). Inspection typically takes 5-7 working days.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Since you paid the courier upon delivery, the refund will be made to you via the same payment method (cash or card refund, depending on how you paid).
What We Cannot Refund
We cannot refund: (1) Opened or partially used packages; (2) Packages without original packaging or seals; (3) Items damaged due to your mishandling (unless documented as delivery damage); (4) Orders where the refund request is made after 14 days of receipt; (5) Shipping costs for standard returns.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for refundable items. If your refund is approved, you will receive a full refund of the product price.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with: (1) Your order number; (2) Photos of the damage or evidence of loss; (3) The tracking number from your delivery.
We will investigate with the courier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage for the damaged item.
